I had a lot of problems after my Nest Hello stopped working. It turned out to be a problem with changing my email address from the original one used for the set up.To try and get help talking to someone, I paid for Nest aware. Unfortunately during trying to get the camera working I changed the location name, from my name to the address name. This has meant I’ve now paid twice, for the same camera at the same address. Trying to get a refund on the double payment has been a nightmare and I still haven’t received it. They are just saying I e got two accounts. Unless you are technical to sort things if the go wrong. Don’t bother. A big company with no real understanding of their less technical customers.
