BAD Business! As far as the camera is concerned, we get a clear picture. Our displeasure is with the NEST company and how well they DO NOT communicate the on going service of the camera. We purchased a 4th camera to add to the 3 we already had in service. Our 4th camera went off line after 90 days. We tired everything to get it back on line to no avail. Finally, we called NEST customer service and they informed me that you are required to register your camera after 90 days (else you will not see the video), and pay $100. There was no, NONE, information in the installation instructions to say that you will have to pay $100 to actually see the video from your camera's. In addition to that, we pay for the video coverage on an annual basis. This policy is not acceptable and WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER NEST PRODUCT. The ability to see your video was a policy dealt with under the table. We are not satisfied and will tell everyone about the secret that is not revealed at time of purchase!!!!!!!!
