It’s never been good. Amongst a host of other issues, it dropped out of Wi-Fi all the time. Stopped working after two years, and is now out of warranty. The engineer that installed and recommended it first time round said that it’s a known issue and spends a lot of time having to replace those that have been installed two plus years ago. He now only recommends and installs Hive. We use Hive and it’s much much better.
