Awful awful awful! Dont buy!!! After years of having the nest thermostat and the app, it suddenly disconnected on my app… I’ve now made at least 5 calls, costing me a lot of time and mostly not getting someone who can speak English or answer my questions. So so frustrated, going to change to another thermostat. Absolutely sick to death of wasting my precious time on calls and getting nowhere but extremely upset and stressed
