I bought Nest door bell camera and flood light camera about 3 years ago. This has been a nightmare trying to get answers, or to get the product to work.Recently, I have been getting the message 'Carbon Monoxide Alarm', at least on 4 different days. I called Nest CS several times, waited as long as an hour, left message for a call back, NO RESPONSE!! My gut was telling me to buy Ring but listened to my nephew instead. I would really just like to get my investment back. 😝
