paid for upgrade and notheing works now. worst decision i ever made was migrationg to google from nest...horrible customer service and you can't get your money back even though what you pay for is not delivered i have two nest thermostats that i intended to install but no way am i signing up for more disastrous performance from google..horrible, do not subscribe if you're thinking about it because your will undoubtedly REGRET it FOREVER.
