Uber Suggest is unreliable. The interface of Uber Suggest tool is unreliable, seems buggy, but you can't tell for sure, you don't know what to click on screen, there are no tool-tips when you move the mouse over a button (no idea what it does). Very confusing to use. I added keywords, it shows that I have 100/100 so I cannot add more, later when I return, I just have 86 of 100. Nothing seems to work. Data is not updated very frequently from what I can tell. You cannot upload keyworkds in a CSV file because it expects a certain format, csv from google docs or excell are not good enough, I tried around 3 different formats, no luck. (By the way, CSV is a simple format to parse).I develop websites for 16 years and I have trouble using this tool, I cannot even imagine what other clients (with less experience) are going trough.I linked it to my Google Search Console, it didn't import any data.I give it around 2.5 stars because monthly price would be fair for this kind of tool, but it doesn't work right.
