Like so many others, so very disappointed at the frustration of trying to book a visit. How can all slots be booked up as soon as the booking system opens on a friday? As a relatively new member before lockdown we as a family have not been able to enjoy any of the facilities we should have unlimited access to, despite paying for the year in advance.Extremely disappointed when these vast parks and gardens are more spacious and pose substantially less risk than going to the local shop!
