I wanted to change my joint membership to family membership so that I can take my grandchildren with me. Tried contacting NT by phone many times , waited in queue then cut off. Tried logging in to website as existing member but no facility to change membership.Web chat not available. Sent email no response. Meanwhile I had a look at the online booking system, most local Trust properties fully booked anyway. Result after 10 years I cancelled my annual renewal direct debit. What is the point if I can’t change my membership and take my grandchildren, will spend the money taking them somewhere else.
