We have been members for many many years, paying by direct debit with automatic renewal. This year without any communication from NT our membership was cancelled !. Customer service did not seem at all bothered when I called.Also it is so frustrating when waiting on phone for an hour to keep hearing how many questions can be answered by going to website. Pretty obvious they can't!!!
