No access to my membership details online? Seemingly they are updating their website?! Really?!I pay gift memberships for family. No letter saying it had been increased this year just taken from my bank account. Their website does say they will contact members with their new cards checking they wish to renew etc. Bit late if they have already taken the money? I have emailed them but won't hold my breath for a reply.I intend to cancel all my memberships and join the National Trust for Scotland which by the way are cheaper and allow access to all National Trust properties.
