Really disappointed that the National Trust take your membership fee a month before it renews and then doesn't allow you to get any refund when you realise you cannot afford it this year. There is a cost of living crisis going on but they don't care as they have a no refund policy. Will not be supporting this organisation again, Tried to help them when I could afford it, now I can't I'm now nearly £100 down and can't afford to pay my bills. At least I can go and visit a country house I guess.
