bit of background, I have a few accounts, mainly tied to other businesses, but all in my name, I closed down one account and support instantly moved the small amount of funds over to my other account, I went to do the same thing again, only to be told they do not have that service, I sent them proof I have had this done before only to be met with same response, I was initially ok with loosing funds, but I don't like being lied to, at this point they offered a refund as a "one off" I claimed I was confused why the support team was so inconsistent, but ok, lets continue with that, then they responded saying as I was ok with loosing money tied to that account they cannot help me anymore. I have moved all my sites away from this hateful and spiteful team, I will obviously loose a little bit of funds in my main account now but thats my choice, I cant use these guys anymore, I was polite and curious in my responses, I was respectful, but that ends now.
