I had a really good experience with their customer service! I accidentally signed up for a subscription thinking it was a free trial. When I realized I was charged for the annual subscription, I cancelled it and contacted their customer service. Andrew got back to me and promptly refunded me for nearly the entire amount. Since I did use MuseScore and downloaded some sheet music, I don't mind having paid the remaining amount for it. Usually, my experience with other costumer services is that it takes at least 5 emails to just get your point across - and I am very thankful that it was different with MuseScore!
