Andrew was very helpful and very clear. He got right to the bottom of my issue and we solved it from there. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it was hard to find where to talk to a customer service person, and that should be easy. Moreover, I spoke to at least two chatbots, neither of whom did very much to help me.
