Thanks to Andrew, my auto-renewal was stopped and I may receive a refund.I had totally forgotten to stop my subscription and due to lack of time this was an unnecessary cost. After I sent a mail with the kind request to stop my subscription and if possible refund it, because not everyone will do this, there usually also a notice period, Andrew immediately replied to me and said he will stop my subscription with regret and guaranteed me to refund € 44.99 within 10 working days.
