I visited the Musescore site to find one sheet of guitar music for my grandson, which I copied. I was not aware that I had signed up for anything. I have been billed 'recurrently' for this page: £2.49. I have also been billed for a 'recurrant' 'premium mu trial' of £39.99! I have attempted, at length, to contact you, request a refund and unsubscribe, without any success. This appears to be a hugely complicated and lengthy procedure which defeated me. Please can you stop these payments to your organisation and refund me the £39.99. Victoria Long
