I was completely misled regarding services, their software is not ready for customer use especially when used without the app. They also added extra costs onto my initial month of subscription which I was not told about. This is against trading standards here in the UK. I would advise any small business owner to avoid Mindbody, very poor customer service and completely overpriced. This was my first big mistake as a small business owner trying to start up my own business. I am having to chase them regarding any refund which I feel I am completely entitled to as I was misinformed that no free trial was available despite this being clearly advertised just days after I signed up. I clearly would have waited to be able to make use of this and feel I was unduly pressured to sign up before this offer was made available.
