Surface stopped working, then phoned Microsoft 5 times for a total of over 5 hours, still no one could tell me how I send my surface for warranty renewal, staff are incompetent and often. Based I. usa. The worst customer experience of my life will never buy a Microsoft product again if I can help it. Problem still not resolved and now they won't honnor warrenty due to small surface scratches, appalling, avoid, zero stars, go Apple!!
Microsoft doesn't even have a customer complaints department which says a lot! Disgusting waste of my time!!!
