I am writing specifically about microsoft games, ie Jewels of Rome etc. I had a payment set up with Paypal where I had to input my code to purchase items for the game. Someone randomly bought a gift card and used it without my knowledge or consent. Effectively my account was hacked. No help was forthcoming from Microsoft who just said they could not refund a gift card that had been used. This was after hours spent going round and round in circles.Pay pal will not help if you supposedly authorised the payment, had an automatic payment set up. Player or buyer beware. I have since cancelled all automatic password payments and will no longer be purchasing from microsoft.
