Microsoft, you really need to stop and let everyone else do what they're supposed to be doing for technology except for you. You need to retire. I have spent the last three hours on the phone with your gaslighting reps that say that they're in the US yet they have heavy Indian accents and call themselves, Michael. That said, your latest update has destroyed my laptop while I'm in the middle of trying to do work. Each and every rep that I've spoken to at your Customer Service number is ignorant, gaslighting, and has no clue how to fix the problem because they're trying to avoid your PR nightmare getting out. If I could give you zero stars I would. Enough is enough! You got half the nation today down because of your bugs but yet your reps are telling the customers it's their fault!!
