Dear sirs, greetings!I am a user, consumer and fan of XIAOMI products, but I had problems with the Battery of my current POCOPHONE F1 128Gb cell phone and I was NOT supported or given any guidance by any or any person that I present as a representative to assist in solving the problem presented. The Battery damaged without any fall damage or misuse in its original charger and without any service or support I had to resort on account and buy a branded battery in the parallel market compromising the performance and performance within the originality of my POCOPHONE F1.
