DO NOT BUY A PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY.I purchased a Xiaomi MI Lite that broke after 6 months, so I sent it for a warranty replacement, which they provided a simple plastic bag (broken volume button). It was then cracked and damaged during the delivery, which they have no interest in discussing. Not very surprising when the item is sent in a literal plastic bag.They provided a quote and have their team tell you that this is the price you must pay. We will not discuss it further, you pay this price or we sent your broken phone back.The staff refuse to put you through to the manager "Shawn" who is always in a meeting, or a break, and simply will tell them to tell you to pay the fee or the phone will be returned.Once again, do not buy a product, the product will break, and you will have to pay additional fees. Buy a Samsung or something instead, because you'll basically being paying for one in the end anyway.
