Meteorology is not an exact science so I don’t expect the Met Office to give a totally accurate forecast 48 or even 24 hours in advance but they can’t even get it right a couple of hours in advance…..e.g. on 1st August for Chelmsford they forecast 6 hours of heavy rain overnight…..look an hour later it’s 3 hours of heavy rain…..nuff said.
