Since august, 2021 until now I have purchased several items thru marketplace. All orders were paid for at time the orders were placed and all have been posted to my bank or credit card. I also have order confirmation and tracking numbers. 5 different purchases are not responding to my inquiry about where are my products. The seller is not responding nor or they updating info about the tracking. two sellers have deleted the tracking number and will not respond to emails. Phone calls say the line has been disconnected.Facebook has been notified about each individual issue and has done NOTHING to assist. They continue to allow the sellers to advertise on marketplace.When I go to the web page, it says call XXX. When I cal, a recording says they no longer respond by phone but to use the web page.The marketplace function of Facebook is unworthy of my business. They definately need to improve their customer relation service and post better information on how to contact and speak with a person.
