I just purchased an item and the item was never delivered to me. Someone else apparently received my item. Mercari assumes no responsibility and leaves it all on the buyer. I will file a claim with usps as that is all I can do. It looks like I am out of the money I spent. That is wrong and for that, I will no longer do business with mercari. The seller received their money, I got nothing. That is not right
