Mercari was a fav place to buy things once I’d discovered some legit sellers. I did run into some issues at first which would be the no m for any marketplace of that sort. More recently they changed their policy on fees. The seller doesn’t pay now the buyer has to pay the. Makes no sense to me. So when I find a deal I’m paying the price , taxes, shipping , processing fee for my card, and a service fee! It always ends up more than the item I’m purchasing. I just bought two shirts that totaled $8 and once I paid it was almost $20. They are cutting their own throats with this new policy !
