awful customer service.... i ordered the wrong ink cartridges and i requested to return on my dime and double the order, took the 6 picts like requsted and did this all on a timely fashion, was told no!!!! i've been in customer service for over 30 years, we have a catalog business over 50 years, never have i seen this. their reasoning... was the pictures???? totally disgusting, will never order again from them. have in the past, no longer...
