This is the third time trying to purchase item on Mercari. Again seller has no response and item has yet to be shipped out in time frame. Get an e-mail from Mercari stating that if they do not send out within 15 days that Mercari will refund monies. What kind of crap is that. The company holds onto my monies for 15 days hoping that the seller will send item. Why would I wait 15 days hoping that the seller will send item when more than likely they either changed their mind or no longer have the item.This site is one of the worst site for buyers. Buyers cannot even leave negative feedback to warn others of the sellers behavior. At least on E-Bay and Poshmark, something is done about sellers such as these. With constant transactions ending this way, the site will loose its members quickly. I was just stupid enough to try the site again to end up once again, having to cancel order. It is hard to believe that the site has gotten so many 5 star ratings. Would love it if even one of my purchases were fulfilled on the site!!!
