If you’re a seller just know Mercari customer service sucks. All a buyerhas to do is submit a photo and their return is approved. Regardless if your listings title and your item match and your buyer is an idiot and can’t read but claims it was “not as described”. Still gets approved. Slow sales. People looking for garage sale prices. Not worth the headache of opening an account.
