I had to park my account because I couldn't find my password. A week back I found my password and wrote Mega.NZ help because that's who you are to contact to do this. They won't respond! I was emailed back an automated response confirming the receipt of my ticket. I would like a response soon. Unfortunately it's through my Yahoo mail account and not through the Google account I have to use to post here. [#YPN-811-42604]Update: I got a response but they still will not let me recover my parked account. They also can see what was in my parked account so this does not make sense why you can't recover your password. This place is a scam. Here's what was sent to me.Hello,Thank you for your support and thank you for using MEGA.You parked your MEGA account [*****@yahoo.com] on [28/09/2020 ]. It was empty before you parked it, therefore there is nothing to recover.If you had some shared folders in that account, you have lost them parking it and you will have to ask your friends to share them again.If not, you are probably referring to another MEGA account.Please look for other possible email addresses associated to MEGA or start using your new account (automatically created after you parked your old account).
