So I cancelled in December 2020. I sent 2 emails to make sure they cancelled. They was going to take £89.out of my account in Jan 2021. Because I had been furloughed, I knew I wouldn't have the money to pay. Which is why I cancelled. My expiry date 11/21. So I don't understand why they said they was taking payment in Jan 2021. They have taken the money and left me with no money in my account for gas and electricity. So I hope they are placed with them self's. I have been in touch with my bank, and I have given them 7 days to replace my money. I still have the 2 emails that I sent to them. I have even resent them. 3 days in and not heard anything from them. I would advise anyone not to go with mcafee. I will fight this until I get I get my money back. As far as I am concerned they have stolen my money.
