So ANGRY!!! They renewed my subscription 30 days before the previous one was due to finish, and the renewal price was *$&^$# outrageous!!!!For a company that is built around TRUST, this behaviour is dishonest and unethical. They do not deserve, and will not be getting my money in future.I have however requested a refund (which I've been told was processed) and that was moderately painless.
