Dreadful company they take money from your account and it’s impossible to get it back. Ironic really when you consider that you install and pay this company to protect you and in the end they are the ones that you need protecting from.I had an account and paid over £70 per year. While expensive I felt I was getting the best possible protection. I bought a new laptop from Curry’s and unbeknown to me it came with a free McAfee protection. So now I had two accounts but that was ok I was only paying for one. Until the free period came to an end and then I was paying for two accounts to protect the same laptop. Despite several e mails (you can’t actually speak to anyone) I never got a reply. To add insult to injury they then debited my account again even though neither subscription was due. I subsequently found out that a third account was open. No help from McAfee I had to get my bank to claim the money back. Now that I blocked them from taking further payments from my account they are sending lots of e mails. Where as previously I couldn’t get a single reply. This company increases your chances of being ripped off on line significantly as they will take funds from your account without authorisation. If you already have a McAfee account contact your bank now and have them blocked
