Exactly like all the reviews below, mcafee unexpectedly renewed my subscription and charged me €100 on Christmas Day with no warning and now I cannot pay my rent. I have been contacting them everyday on their chat about refunding me and they instruct me to call or that they have arranged a call back. I have never received the call back and every time I call I am waiting for up to AN HOUR and nobody answers. F***ing criminal. I will be raising with small claims because this money is vital to me and I don’t even use the device they are charging me on! THEY ARE SCAMMERS DO NOT SUBSCRIBE AVOID THIS COMPANY
