After paying £79.99 thinking I had full protection for up to 5 devices, turns out I wasn't fully protected. I couldn't allow permissions (my settings said allowed but the mcafee app said it didn't have permission) so this meant my devices were never properly protected for the year. I called them and after they tried to fix this but failed they told me I didn't have full protection, even though I'd paid for it. Kept putting me through to different people and keep saying they will be in touch. They also said that vpn was turned on this month for 30mb (but it wasn't and i couldnt ever turn it on) then said I never had it (can't make up their minds) then said it was my phones fault! They don't seem to really know! I'm left with 5 unprotected devices. Not happy
