The support offered by this company is atrocious! On my last laptop I got a virus and the security centre wouldn't remove it because I had switched off the auto renewal option for my subscription. It took ages to get help from someone, I detest there isn't any telephone support. After much haggling they finally helped me to do what I had paid for and removed the virus for me. I forget about this experience and at renewal time I renewed for another 2 years. My tablet has downloaded a Trojan in a settings.apk file and try as I might the security centre will not delete it? I tried online support but couldn't get it to work on my tablet so I've tried on my laptop and it took 2 attempts to get a chat window to work and then the agent just takes you around in circles and has you doing stuff you've done umpteen times that doesn't solve the problem. I eventually lost patience and told him to forget it....I'll live with the trojan! I've told him not to send any renewal emails in July as they are now well and truly dumped!!!!
