McAfee automatically opts you in to auto renewal. After 2 years of the service that was included in a device purchase, I noticed a charge on my credit card for auto renewal. I called, and they said since I'm within 60 days they will cancel it. It did not get refunded, and I continued to try to get customer service to help but got the runaround, never received call backs, had no record of previous calls, etc. Eventually, I was outside the 60 days window, and a supervisor told me there is nobody in the company who can get me refund now. He told me my options are to "use the product" (that I did not want), or dispute it with my credit card. Absolutely horrible customer service. A once reputable company has gone astray.
