Absolute shocking company. I purchased protection but at the same time an old subscription renewed. I called asking for a refund of one of them. They ensured me they would but instead just added the additional subscription to the next year without my permission. I asked them to listen back to the call. Now two months they emailed me to call them. I called them and they tell me it's past 60 days so they cannot refund me. It only past 60 days because they took two months to get back to me!
