You do not want to deal with this company. They wanted me to pay a hundred and sixty dollars to protect one computer when I refused and said i'm Going to find a different company they finally decided to charge me forty five dollars. Then a week later proceed to charge me a hundred and sixty dollars saying that I permitted them to use auto pay which I never did. By the time we got it straight and out it was several phone calls several hours all for nothing. Finally they agreed to refund my hundred and sixty dollars. Then when I went to check I found that they had taken the mcafee off my computer because of their ineptitude. So how to go through that process again. I will use up my subscription and then find a better company to do business with. I wouldn't mind if it was a mistake but I find many many people complaining about the same thing which means it isn't a mistake they're. Doing it on purpose. We gotta stop this from happening to others.
