Through popups, emails, texts, etc, they try to upsell customers. Auto-renewel is automatic. No option to cancel subscriptions, except to turn off auto-renewel, but this company still has your data. I finally got through with someone on chat today to cancel and remove my data. I also tried phone assistance, for which they said it would be a 35-45 minute wait. It's now been an hour and 23 minutes. I don't think they honestly have anyone manning phones. Just offer a phone number to make people think they have a number for customer service. This company is scary. I'm just curious how long they will take to send me their first virus of many. still on hold 1 hour 26 minutes!
