Sabbatian customer representative very rude. I asked to cancel automatic renewal. He asked to remote in and deleted the program and left the automatic renewal on and hung up. I do not think I will get a refund. Now I will have to create a password and try to cancel the auto renewal (search Youtube). Never again will I go for the free trial again. Only recommend Mcafee to you worst enemies.
