Honestly terrible if you need to speak to a tech person. Of course they outsource it all and I could not understand her. Just spoke very fast with a heavy accent. I was hacked and asked for another screen of my desktop. She literally couldn’t find when it was done. Shared my screen and it DID NOT APPEAR! Dont get this!
