Took out phone software for £95 but they charged me twice, total £190. I asked for the £190 to be returned and to cancel my subscription as i was under 30 days. They agreed to do this but offered a one phone antivirus for £19 as a sorry gesture. I agreed bet they then charged me twice for the £16 ie £32. Now I can't get anything refunded or cancelled so I'm reporting it as fraud.
