They are thieves. NEVER buy from them. They sold me a coffee maker that doesn't work and the support is the worst I've ever seen in my life. I contacted Behmor, the manufacturer of the coffee maker that I purchased through the Mashable Shop and got this from them;Hello Ahrue,Thank you for contacting us and we are sorry to hear you are having this issue.
