I am not a tech person so that says a lot. Mashable did great by me. Switched to a MAC from a PC.None of my Microsoft documents were converting. Apple wanted to have me subscribe to an annual/expensive ongoing Microsoft plan. All I needed was a one-time program to convert my prior PC documents. I was confused with the many options. Customer serviced assisted me. I spent $79 to get exactly what I needed, a one-time download. Easy to install and quick. Was able to skip the $240 annual subscription that Apple was suggesting.
