If I could give negative points or even 0 star, I would do so. I was duped to purchase betterme app based on a phony article that was posted on Yahoo. I paid it with my credit card and once I paid, I never received any link to the app. After four days of communication via e-mail, I was send a phony code which did not open any link for redemption and downloading the app. Once I clicked, this appeared:404This page could not be found.I tried to get refund but I was said that I can get only credit and purchase something else on their site. It ends up that these people are just taking money from people and no service is provided. They are scammers and they respond as support heroes.com. The person who responds are named Erin and Charles. I think they change their name and there is no assurance if anyone is there. Do not buy Betterme.
