I've been with MailerLite for a month or so now after switching from ActiveCampaign due to its clunky systems, outrageous pricing and poor service.MailerLite has been a game-changer! I love that the interface is so clean, it's way less buggy and I can write emails without getting frustrated now, and it has all the functionalities I need as an online business solopreneur. I'm in the middle of a big launch at the moment so have had ample opportunity to test out all the features, and so far have no complaints. I'm on the version with live customer service chat, and the couple of times I've needed it, I've had prompt and professional support - compared to the frustrating experiences I had with ActiveCampaign.So glad I made the switch!!
