Mailchimp has hands down the worst user experience I have ever come across. For example, if you want to edit an email and change a column width, you have to start COMPLETELY from scratch. It's unbelievable. And a waste of time. Their site navigation is terrible and unintuitive. We have sent so much feedback to Mailchimp on their terrible user experience and requests for BASIC intelligent functionality, but nothing ever changes. If there were other providers we would cancel immediately. Can anyone on here recommend something else?
