These people are an absolute joke. They don't offer support unless you pay. Even if you had an account. I refused to pay because they were telling me my emails were going to spam and then refused to give me support because I wouldn't pay until they fixed the issue. Called the phone support they said they only way to get help is through your account which is locked because you haven't paid.
